One App, Every Business Tool: Inside the KiwiTri Hub — KiwiTri

Most small businesses run on a pile of disconnected apps: one for billing, one for bookings, one for messages, a notebook for loyalty and a spreadsheet for everything else. The KiwiTri Hub replaces that pile with one home screen — and the same app works for your customers too.

What the KiwiTri Hub is

The Hub is the front door to every KiwiTri app. After you log in, you see a grid of tiles — POS, Kitchen, Loyalty, Clinic, Mailing, Reviews, Customers and Virtual — each showing a live count of what needs your attention: open QR orders, tickets waiting in the kitchen, patients in today's queue, new reviews to answer.

Apps you already use open with one tap. Apps you haven't started yet show a Try free badge, so adding a new tool is a decision, not a project. There is nothing extra to install and no second password to remember.

One app for owners and customers

The same KiwiTri app has two modes. Business mode is for you and your team: billing, kitchen tickets, appointments, campaigns and reports. Customer mode is a simple wallet for the people you serve. Customers can scan your table or counter QR, keep their loyalty stamp cards in one place and come back to the businesses they like.

This matters because the hardest part of loyalty and repeat business is not the offer — it is getting customers to remember you. When your stamp card sits in their wallet next to the QR scanner, coming back is one tap away.

Which apps are inside

Each app is useful on its own and gets stronger when it shares data with the others:

Why one connected system beats five separate apps

Separate apps create separate customer lists. A guest who orders through your QR menu, joins your loyalty card and later leaves a Google review looks like three different people in three different tools. In KiwiTri, those moments land in the same customer record, so you can see who your regulars are and reach them again through Mailing.

It also saves real money and time: one subscription conversation, one support team, one place to train staff. A new waiter learns the POS on day one; the owner checks sales, reviews and bookings from the same phone at night.

How to get started

  1. Create your KiwiTri account and choose your business type — restaurant, clinic or retail/marketing.
  2. Open the Hub and start a free trial of the first app you need. Most owners begin with POS or Reviews.
  3. Print your table or counter QR codes so customers can start using customer mode.
  4. Add the next app when you are ready. Your data and login carry over.

If you would rather have it set up for you, the KiwiTri team can configure your menu, tables, QR standees and first campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Is the KiwiTri Hub a separate app?

No. The Hub is the home screen of your KiwiTri account. It opens every KiwiTri app you use with one login and can be installed on your phone's home screen.

Can my customers use the same app?

Yes. Customer mode works as a wallet: customers scan your QR, order, and keep loyalty stamp cards in one place.

Do I have to pay for every app?

No. You only start the apps you need, and each one has a free trial before you decide.

Does it work for more than one outlet?

Yes. Each outlet or business is a workspace, and all of them appear in your Hub.
