Terms for using kiwitri.com, the KiwiTri client portal and its social media publishing tools.
Using the portal
Portal logins are for our clients and team only. Keep your password private. You are responsible for content you upload or approve.
Content and approvals
We prepare posts for your approval. Posts marked approved may be published automatically at the scheduled time to the pages you connected. You confirm you have the right to publish the text, images, video and music you provide or approve.
Connected accounts
You may connect only pages and channels you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect them at any time. Use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn is also governed by those platforms' own terms, and they may change or limit their services.
Service
We work hard to publish on time, but platforms can delay, reject or remove posts, and we cannot guarantee reach, rankings or results. Paid work is governed by your quote or agreement with us.
